Field Recruiter - Clinical Research

Description The Patient Recruiter will provide information and education on inclusion and exclusion criteria of clinical trials to healthcare providers. The Patient Recruiter will present the guidelines of clinical trials with the aim of increasing patient enrollment in these. He/She will work in collaboration with other medical teams in the field to ensure optimal execution of the trials, developing personalized recruitment plans. This position requires strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in clinical research or related fields, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting. He/She must be able to travel frequently to visit sites and conduct interviews with patients and healthcare providers. The Patient Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports of patient recruitment and retention rates.
