JUNIOR POSITION – Occupational Doctor
✅ Minimum 1 year of experience required
Senior profiles or those with experience beyond the Junior level will not be considered.
Mandatory Residence: Tlanepantla, State of Mexico
The Occupational Doctor will be responsible for providing preventive and corrective medical care to internal personnel, ensuring compliance with current regulations and promoting health, safety, and well-being within the organization. The role includes handling emergencies, implementing health campaigns, and operational management of the on-site medical service.
Requirements
- Degree in Medicine (title and professional license indispensable)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in companies
- Knowledge of regulations regarding occupational health and COFEPRIS guidelines
- Experience in handling medical emergencies
- Availability for in-person attention and support between sites in the State of Mexico
Responsibilities
- Provide daily medical consultations to internal personnel, visitors, and clients
- Handle, lead, and refer medical emergencies on the floor
- Implement health and prevention campaigns
- Manage first-aid kits, medical supplies, and monthly restocking of medications
- Administer and follow up on the lactation room
- Conduct doping and alcohol breathalyzer tests
- Develop and update processes and procedures for the medical service area
- Ensure compliance with COFEPRIS legal requirements
- Develop and follow up on the Annual Work Plan for Medical Services
- Serve as the sanitary responsible for the assigned medical office
