Confidential Opportunity | Occupational Health Doctor We are looking for an Occupational Health Doctor to act strategically and assistively, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and occupational program management, in accordance with current legislation and internal policies. Main Responsibilities Conduct occupational medical exams (admissional, periodic, return to work, job change, and termination), in compliance with NR-7 and internal protocols; Evaluate and follow up on employees' health status, identifying potential risks and proposing measures for prevention and control; Develop and implement health promotion programs, including training sessions, workshops, and educational materials; Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures related to occupational health; Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and patterns in occupational health data; Provide medical guidance and support to employees, supervisors, and management; Participate in the development of company-wide initiatives aimed at improving employee well-being and reducing absenteeism; Maintain accurate records and reports on all medical exams and health-related activities; Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. Principais Requisitos Formação em Medicina e especialização em Saúde Ocupacional ou áreas relacionadas; Experiência profissional em saúde ocupacional, comprovada por atestados de serviços prestados; Conhecimento da legislação vigente e políticas internas; Capacidade para trabalhar em equipe e estabelecer relações eficazes com funcionários, supervisores e gestão; Comunicação clara e assertiva; Flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação a mudanças.
