We seek your talent as: OCCUPATIONAL PHYSICIAN IN PHARMACEUTICALS

Objective: To supervise medical-administrative activities of preventive and curative measures plans and programs, in order to preserve the well-being and health of collaborators.

Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences or Related Field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in preventive and curative medicine, application of basic life support procedures, handling of emergencies and urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the execution of the unit's operational plan and program in health matters.
• Comply with the Quality Management System, GMP, GDP, as well as safety and hygiene standards, policies, and environmental protection measures.
• Contribute to the achievement of safety, hygiene, and environmental objectives and indicators.

Functions

• Develop and execute the unit's budget.
• Generate a program of activities in occupational health matters.
• Attend medical consultations.
• Maintain control of employee records.
• Perform assigned activities in occupational health topics.
• Maintain custody of equipment and materials at the workplace.
• Train the First Aid Brigade.
• Ensure the confidentiality of medical record data.
• Attend internal and external audits or audits from any government agency.
• Audit the cafeteria in terms of occupational hygiene.
• Train new employees on health topics.
• Manage and disseminate new organizational policies or initiatives.
• Participate in activities related to the environment, safety, and hygiene.
• Supervise the order of equipment and the workplace, following up on any anomaly.
• Identify and evaluate environmental aspects and impacts related to their area.
• Administer medical examinations to newly hired personnel.
• Knowledge of health regulations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
