Occupational Health Doctor (daytime)

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Conduct medical exams in a timely manner to candidates undergoing selection process. 2. Conduct periodic medical exams of personnel working at the site or Corporate Laboratories Liomont. 3. Safeguard and update employee medical records at the site or Corporate Laboratories Liomont. 4. Carry out, together with the Safety and Hygiene area, health occupational program and follow-up in the site or Corporate Laboratories Liomont. 5. Provide medical assistance to employees who require it due to work-related injuries or illnesses. 6. Collaborate with the Human Resources department to develop and implement health promotion programs for employees. 7. Participate in the development of policies, procedures and guidelines related to occupational health and safety. 8. Conduct training sessions on occupational health and safety for employees. 9. Monitor and control the implementation of health and safety protocols at the site or Corporate Laboratories Liomont. 10. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement programs aimed at improving employee well-being. 11. Provide medical guidance and support to managers and supervisors in the development of policies and procedures related to occupational health and safety. 12. Participate in the development of reports, statistics and indicators related to occupational health and safety. 13.
