Medico – Cures Palliative (Domiciliare and Hospice)

Adecco HealthCare, specialized division of the Adecco group, is seeking a Medical Doctor – Palliative Care (Home-based and Hospice) for an important healthcare structure in Abbiategrasso area. Objective of the Position: The resource will be inserted within a multidisciplinary team and will be responsible for taking care of and clinically managing patients in palliative care settings, ensuring continuity of assistance between home and hospice. Main Activities: Clinical management of patients in palliative care; coordination with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care; participation in interdisciplinary meetings to discuss patient cases and develop treatment plans; provision of medical consultations and support to patients and their families; collaboration with social workers and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care; development of personalized treatment plans for each patient; monitoring of patient progress and adjustment of treatment plans as needed. Requirements: Medical degree (MD) or equivalent; specialization in palliative medicine or related field; experience in home-based and hospice care; ability to work independently and as part of a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
