SASH Alexandria offers the most comprehensive range of specialist veterinary care in the Eastern Suburbs & Inner West.
We’re now seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse to join us in a permanent full-time position across a 4 day work week!
Internal Medicine specialises in diagnosing complex diseases, particularly those that are challenging to identify and those for which advanced testing may be required, and we’re fortunate to have a diverse team of Specialist Veterinarians and Nurses with a combined total of over a century of clinical expertise across our hospitals.
Who are we looking for?
- Completed a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
- A minimum of 2 years, full-time experience working as a qualified vet nurse.
- A keen interest in Internal Medicine and a desire to work closely with patients throughout their entire SASH journey.
- Experience with supporting medicine specialists with endoscopy procedures, advanced imaging and facilitating clinical procedures.
- Confidence to manage and prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, you will be speaking with clients.
