Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent - EST Working Hours (Remote)

ISTA Personnel Solutions South Africa , is in search of a highly organized and detail-orientated Medical Scheduling Coordinator / Agent to join their team in South Africa, working remotely. In this role, you will be part of a call centre and responsible for coordinating medical appointments, managing schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients, healthcare providers, and home care teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical scheduling. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours (EST) are required for this role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will be required to maintain accurate records, manage databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
