About the Role
- Temp to perm opportunity – immediate start
- Front desk reception and patient coordination
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing enquiries
- Billing, payments, and Medicare processing
- Supporting clinicians with day-to-day administrative needs
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for patients and families
- Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in healthcare or allied health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a caring, empathetic approach
