Medical Receptionist - Greenlane

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical Receptionist to join a busy mental health service in a temporary full-time role. This position is Monday to Friday, with an immediate start and an expected duration of 3–6 months. This role would suit someone who is professional, empathetic, and confident supporting patients within a mental health environment. Strong communication skills and a calm, caring approach are essential. About the Role As the first point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing patient records. You will also be required to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner • Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and manage patient records • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and their families • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to continuous learning and development.
