Endo Health is a Digital-Health-Startup specializing in women's health. Our Endo-App is the first DiGA specifically for endometriosis patients – further digital health applications will follow. In the marketing team, you design the visibility of our DIGAs, strengthen professional circle communication, and contribute significantly to building modern care for millions of women.

Aufgaben

• Development and implementation of a professional circle marketing strategy
• BUILDING AND OPTIMIZATION OF A DOCTOR'S FUNNEL
• Planning and execution of online training sessions & webinars
• Implementation of offline & online campaigns
• Creation or briefing of medically founded marketing content
• Analysis of campaign and funnel key performance indicators
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH SCIENCE, PRODUCT, SALES & MARKETING
• Occasional participation in professional events (2–4 times a year)

Qualifikation

Must Haves

• Experience in medical or scientific marketing
• Able to prepare medical content correctly and understandably
• Experience with professional circle communication & marketing campaigns
• Experience in project management and independent implementation
• Structured, self-reliant work style
• German on a native speaker level

Nice To Haves

• Experience with DIGAs, MedTech, Pharma or Digital Health
• Interest in women's health / gynecology
• Experience with medical webinars, training sessions, or congresses
• Experience with CRM systems
• Experience in agile working, ideally with Scrum

Initial Situation:
Endo Health GmbH is developing several digital health applications (DiGAs) in the field of women's health, which are at different stages of development and market maturity. The focus of this role lies on medical professional circle communication.

Sketch a doctor's funnel that is suitable for multiple DIGAs. Describe the relevant doctor personas, their pains and gains when dealing with digital health applications. Derive the funnel steps from this and formulate clear goals for each step. Add corresponding KPIs and CTAs and explain how doctors are guided from one funnel step to the next.

Choose a marketing measure that makes sense in your funnel. Assign it to a specific funnel step and persona, describe the key messages, and the call-to-action. Explain how the measure addresses the pains and gains of the persona and name the KPIs with which you would measure success.

The task includes a maximum of 3 pages or 8–10 slides, can be submitted as a PDF or Slides, and is designed for a processing time of up to 90 minutes.
