MEDICAL MANAGER
Job description
Sarcini
- development and execution of medical strategy;
- building scientific credibility for company products within the medical community;
- preparing medical teams through training activities, developing and updating instructional materials, and verifying knowledge;
- setting and monitoring monthly and quarterly KPIs;
- realizing double-triple visits to evaluate and increase team performance;
- providing medical support to colleagues from various departments by transferring scientific information;
- processing medical information for key products to identify competitive advantages;
- conducting competitive analyses and market studies to position brands;
- active participation in the process of conceiving or revising marketing materials (digital, presentations, print, etc.);
- formulating responses to various medical objections collected on-site;
- developing and maintaining close relationships with medical specialists and KOLs;
- organizing and participating in webinars, workshops, roundtable discussions, presentations, symposia, conferences, or continuing medical education programs;
- elaborating and managing budgets to cover all aspects of medical promotion;
- evaluating and analyzing results, taking measures to increase the efficiency of promotional activities.
Cerinţeţe
- relevant experience in coordinating medical promotion activities in a similar position (specialties: gastroenterology, gynecology, family medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, and pediatrics);
- higher education degrees in biochemistry, pharmacy, or medicine;
- advanced knowledge of operating PC (Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint/Word);
- category B driving permit;
- occasional availability for travel with overnight stays;
- communicativeness, adaptability, and seriousness;
- orientation towards achieving qualitative and value-oriented objectives;
- organization and planning.
