The successful applicant will also be required to participate in quality control activities, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development of laboratory procedures and protocols. Requirements Essential: 1. Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; 2. Current registration with the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) as a Medical Laboratory Scientist; 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team; 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; 5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; 6. Willingness to participate in quality control activities and contribute to the development of laboratory procedures and protocols. Desirable: 1. Postgraduate qualification in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field; 2. Experience working in a medical laboratory setting; 3.
