About the Role:
Are you a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional with a passion for technology and patient care?
We are seeking a dedicated MRI Medical Imaging Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you'll operate cutting-edge MRI equipment to capture high-quality images that assist in accurate diagnoses and treatment planning, ensuring both the accuracy of the images and the safety and comfort of each patient throughout their experience.
Working with advanced MRI scanners across several locations, you'll encounter a wide variety of cases, including acute inpatient examinations. With 23 clinics across the North Island, employing over 30 expert radiologists, you'd be joining one of New Zealand's largest private radiology providers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to capture high-quality diagnostic images
- Prepare patients for MRI procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns
- Review and interpret physician orders to determine appropriate imaging techniques
- Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures
- Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on equipment
Skills and Experience:
- Current NZ MRTB registration and current Annual Practicing Certificate
- A comprehensive MRI full scope of practice with two plus years' experience.
- A team player with strong organisational and time management skills
- Demonstrates a proactive, can-do attitude
