Job description
Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers regarding medical imaging systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with medical imaging equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to customer problems. Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals. Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of medical imaging systems. Assist in the installation and configuration of medical imaging systems. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in medical imaging.
