Job Description - Customer Success Associate
OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person to join our team
Responsibilities:
● Visit hospitals and patient’s homes to setup devices● Conduct site recce and inform about device requirements to remote team● Train nurses, doctors, patients on Dozee and the patient monitoring dashboard● Coordinate with remote team and inform about activities conducted during the visit● Build and manage relationship with nurses, doctors etc
Requirements:
● Executive should be hard-working and sincere, should be okay to travel long distances● Executive needs to have a 2-wheeler and a smartphone of their own● Should have good communication skills, and command over local language● Prior field experience is a plus● Prior experience of working with nurses/doctors is preferred● Candidate should have basic understanding of operating a computer● Candidate should be ok working inside covid ward, and work in night shifts
