Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist who will be responsible for promoting our innovative aligners to Orthodontists and dentists. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including regular visits and phone calls. • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry events, and networking. • Provide product training and support to customers, ensuring they are fully knowledgeable about our aligners. • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. • 2+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field. • Strong understanding of the dental industry and its trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
