Medical Conference Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Conference Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute national and international medical conferences. The ideal candidate will coordinate with healthcare professionals, researchers, sponsors, and vendors to deliver seamless, impactful events.

Key Responsibilities

· Plan and execute end-to-end logistics for medical and healthcare conferences.

· Coordinate with doctors, researchers, and keynote speakers for abstract submission, agenda finalization, and session scheduling.

· Manage delegate registrations, invitations, travel arrangements, and hospitality.

· Liaise with sponsors, exhibitors, and pharmaceutical partners to ensure compliance with medical/ethical guidelines.

· Collaborate with marketing teams for event promotion across digital, academic, and institutional channels.

· Ensure all conference activities adhere to accreditation standards (e.g., CME/CPD where applicable).

· Prepare post-conference reports, feedback analysis, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field

· Prior 2-3 years’ experience in conference/event coordination (medical or academic sector preferred).

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

· Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.

· Proficiency in MS Office and event management tools.

· Willingness to travel
