Medical Communication & Information Specialist Company: GMI (Mexico-based, Global Clients) For Mexico only Summary GMI is seeking a Medical Communication & Information Specialist to support global pharmaceutical clients by developing, reviewing, and approving scientific and medical content. This role partners closely with Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure accurate, compliant, and high-quality medical communications across promotional and non-promotional materials. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, review, and approve scientific and medical content for various formats (e.g., brochures, websites, presentations) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, guidelines, and regulations • Participate in internal training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a life science-related field (e.g., biology, chemistry, pharmacology) or equivalent experience • 2+ years of experience in medical communication, content development, or related field • Strong understanding of scientific and medical concepts, as well as regulatory requirements • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Flexible working hours and remote work options
