In this role, you will provide home care services within a healthcare facility.

- Provide hygiene and comfort care to patients and their families in their homes
- Collaborate with the medical team to adapt care plans according to individual patient needs
- Ensure health status surveillance and follow-up of patients in conjunction with healthcare professionals

- Contract: Temporary/Interim
- Duration: Point missions based on your availability
- Salary: According to collective agreement + seniority reintegration
