Objective / Purpose of the Job: The Medical Advisor will be responsible for providing medical expertise to support the development and commercialization of our products. Key Responsibilities: • Provide medical input on product development, labeling, and marketing strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure that all aspects of product development are aligned with medical and scientific principles. • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the medical community to stay abreast of latest developments and trends in their respective fields. • Provide medical support for clinical trials, including protocol development, data analysis, and interpretation. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to product labeling, advertising, and promotion. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, competitors, and market trends to provide strategic insights that drive business growth. • Provide medical input on the development of educational materials for healthcare professionals and patients. • Participate in internal meetings and external conferences to stay updated on industry developments and best practices. • Develop and maintain a network of contacts within the pharmaceutical industry, academia, and regulatory agencies. • Perform other duties as assigned by the management from time to time. Requirements: • MD/MBBS degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field. • Strong understanding of medical principles, pharmacology, and clinical trials. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
