Aequitas ADR is a civil and commercial mediation foundation that believes in an approach to dispute resolution based on competence, listening, and responsibility. In Emilia Romagna, we are present in Bologna, Ferrara, Forlì-Cesena, Modena, Ravenna, Reggio Emilia, and Rimini, and we are selecting mediators with whom to build something concrete and lasting.

What we are looking for

We are looking for people with a legal background – lawyers, jurists – with a strong aptitude for dialogue, managing complexity, and building shared solutions.

Already have a mediator certificate?

If you already have a recognized mediator training, you can obtain accreditation to operate with Aequitas ADR without having to attend a new course. We simply ask you to indicate the issuing body and the date of the course attended in your CV.

If, however, you do not yet have a certificate, you can follow Aequitas ADR's training program to obtain it.

How the selection process works

Our process is transparent and designed for both parties. After an initial evaluation of CVs and cover letters, we organize an in-person meeting day with selected candidates: a moment of collective confrontation where you can see up close who we are, how we work, and what drives us – and we can get to know you in action. The choice, in the end, is mutual.
