Aufgabenbereich

• Development and control of integrated media strategies (online & offline) in line with company and marketing goals for all IONOS Group portfolio brands.
• Development of comprehensive, brand- and country-specific omnichannel media strategies with a clear focus on brand awareness that also serve as growth drivers for our performance targets.
• Self-responsible planning, control, and continuous full-funnel optimization of national and international campaigns in close cooperation with internal departments and media agencies.
• Analysis of target groups, markets, and competitors to derive data-supported media recommendations.
• Negotiation, conclusion, and continuous optimization of media deals and framework agreements with national and international media partners, publishers, and platforms including condition-, price- and performance-evaluation.
• Control and efficient allocation of the media budget as well as responsibility for budget monitoring and reporting.
• Selection, qualitative evaluation, and control of relevant media channels as well as exploration of new channels and partnerships.
• KPI-based performance monitoring as well as creation of decision-relevant reports and management presentations.
• Main point of contact and strategic interface between internal departments (marketing, creation, data) and external partners.
• Strategic integration of brand- and performance-measurements (upper-mid-vs.-lower-funnel) to ensure a consistent user journey.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in marketing, media, communication or comparable field.
• Multiple years of experience in the field of media planning, media strategy or media consulting.
• Analytical thinking and strategic working style paired with a very good understanding of media key figures as well as their impact on awareness and performance.
• Safe handling of analysis tools (e.g. Looker, SpotEffects) as well as practical experience with the digital marketing platform stack (e.g. DV360, GA4).
• Outstanding team spirit, high self-initiative and a confident appearance in consulting internal and external stakeholders.
• Verhandlungssichere German and English skills in writing and speaking.
