Sr. Media Planner

Objective: Responsible for the development of tactics, planning process, execution of plans, reviews, and/or adjustments that are generated during the planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop complete digital media plans based on the brief, strategy, and defined funnel. Digital platforms such as: Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360, and affiliate media must be considered.
• Define channels, formats, phases, investment distribution, and KPIs per tactic.
• Utilize BI Strategy inputs (insights, benchmarks, historical learnings).
• Ensure consistency between objectives, audiences, media architecture, and KPIs.
• Guarantee that the plan is clear, complete, and unambiguous, ready for purchase and activation.
• Manage large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare results reports.
• Propose improvements and optimizations based on results analysis.
• Ensure the correct implementation and optimization of campaigns.
• Negotiate with media and suppliers to ensure the best cost-benefit.

Requirements:

• 3 to 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience in digital campaign management.
• Experience in planning and execution of digital campaigns with high budgets.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in banking / financial sector (desirable).
