You are a media buyer, salesperson, influencer marketing manager or someone with purchasing/sales talent and wants to explore the limits of what is possible in the Creator Economy? Ideal! For our influencer marketing team in Cologne, we are looking for strong proactive personalities who want to position themselves long-term in international social commerce.

Your Tasks

• You buy influencer services internationally
  • Sourcing - our sourcing team supplies you with the latest influencer profiles, as you focus as an expert on negotiations
  • Kalkulation - we don't operate in a fog, we have developed processes for quickly determining influencer compensation
  • Verhandlungen - communication is the key, always at eye level and friendly representing benuta to influencers and management
  • Operations - whether content approval or insights, with our customized tech you can efficiently manage influencer marketing collaborations
  • Ziele - you always keep your goals in mind and coordinate your outreach accordingly
• You plan and set up international cooperations thanks to transparent and digitalized processes
• You monitor and report campaigns according to the latest standards in influencer tracking technology
• You lead further influencer marketing projects and develop processes with your team lead further

Job Requirements

About You

• You have a completed commercial education or a completed degree in the field of marketing, communication, media science or a similar field
• You have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, sales, influencer marketing or similar professions
• You want to prove, improve and challenge your negotiation skills
• You are a communication talent, team-oriented and confident
• You work structured, carefully and independently
• You have very good German and English language skills, additional knowledge of French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Dutch or... is an advantage
• You are enthusiastic about interior design and/or have a special e-commerce affinity
