Media Buyer

We are looking for a Buying Executive who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end media buying process, providing operational and administrative support to ensure the correct execution of advertising campaigns in digital and traditional media.

The ideal person will have experience in media buying, campaign tracking, and vendor management, excelling in attention to detail, organization, and the ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.

Main Activities

• Manage the purchase of digital and traditional media.
• Generate and administer purchase orders within internal systems.
• Track advertising campaigns and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure correct campaign implementation.
• Manage reconciliations, final orders, and invoicing processes.
• Track materials, proofs, reallocations, and documentation related to campaigns.
• Validate that all information is correctly loaded into internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with administrative and financial closing dates.
• Manage operational relationships with vendors and track incidents.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in media buying within a media agency.
• Knowledge of digital and traditional media.
• Experience working with:
• Digital Media (formats, platforms, and terminology).
• Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Radio, OOH, and Cinema.
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, and data analysis).
• Experience using Advertmind.
• Knowledge of tools such as HR Media and Auditsa (desirable).
• Intermediate English desirable.
