We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Media Buyer/Partnership Manager/Referral Specialist to join our team. • Identify and attract new partners, including publishers and advertisers, in Romania.
• Conduct negotiations and presentations to establish long-term relationships.
• Assist in localizing strategies and products for the Romanian market.
• Collect and analyze market data, trends, and competitor information.
• Coordinate with the Vidverto team to launch and optimize advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in digital advertising, publishing, or media.
• Extensive network of industry contacts.
• In-depth knowledge of the Romanian market.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
