Media Buyer (m/f/d) Meta & Google

As a Media Buyer (m/f/d) for Meta & Google platforms, you will become part of our performance marketing agency in Kiel or work remotely. Our focus is on building and scaling online shops and lead generation. We work as a boutique agency, meaning we don't just process a number of clients, but have selected clients for whom we give our all and take our time.

Responsibilities

• You develop and implement sustainable Paid Social strategies and campaigns on Meta and Google, and ideally also on TikTok and LinkedIn.

• You are responsible for a minimum of a 6-figure monthly marketing budget and make independent decisions.

• As a reinforcement to our team, you help with the planning and implementation of all performance marketing activities, as well as with increasing revenue and customer acquisition for our clients.

• You develop concepts and create briefs for creatives for our Brand & Design team as well as content creators.

• You develop our clients consultatively, strategically and sustainably. They are your daily business, in which you independently manage quality assurance and monitoring processes and derive the correct recommendations for action from them.

• You proactively contribute new approaches and ideas to further expand existing channels and clients and to tap into new channels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on Paid Social and managing at least €100,000 in ad spend annually.

• You have experience in Creative Strategy and Direct Response Ads.

• You are able to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject areas, are strong in communication, act in a highly customer-oriented manner, and possess very good analytical and conceptual skills.

• You enjoy working hands-on and setting new standards to always ensure the quality of your work.

• In addition to fluent German, you also have good English skills.

• "No Bullshit!" you are able to pitch ideas to large clients and lead them.
