Hello, we from Interlead want to build the #1 Lead Company in the German-speaking region by the end of 2026. This solves the biggest problem our partners have: constantly new leads, appointments, and orders!

We are therefore looking for a Media Buyer (m/w/d) for our Marketing Team (hybrid/remote).

This is what you'll be doing

• Planning, implementing, and optimizing lead campaigns over Google Ads, Social- & Native Ads (Taboola, Outbrain etc.)
• Ongoing analysis of funnel performance, CPL/CPA, and conversion rates – deriving concrete measures for scaling and budget allocation on winning channels
• Creating, testing, and optimizing creatives and landing pages using KI-gestützten Insights and tools
• Tight collaboration with the Creative- and Data-Team to quickly implement new ideas
• Market and competitive analysis, identifying new growth opportunities and trends in the field of KI & Performance Marketing

This is what you bring

• At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation
• Fundamental knowledge of Google Ads and Native Advertising (main focus), ideally also Meta and TikTok
• Experience using various KI-Tools for campaign optimization, creative creation, or data analysis (ChatGPT alone is not enough)
• Safe handling of Tracking, Tag Management, Google Analytics, A/B-Testing, and Marketing Automation
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven thinking, and passion for Testing & Growth
• Creative flair for advertising materials and messaging to address leads with relevance and precision
• Team spirit, Eigeninitiative, self-employed work style, and fluent German language skills
