Media Buyer in Performance Marketing (m/w/d)

You're passionate about Performance Marketing and have a knack for scalable campaigns? As a growth partner for aesthetic practices and clinics, we build at Curia Consulting ad campaigns that deliver measurable results. To achieve this, we are looking for a Media Buyer who is responsible for setting up and scaling Meta- & Google Ads from start to finish and makes planned growth out of every euro spent.

Tasks

• You build, manage, and scale Meta- & Google Ads – from campaign structure (CBO/ABO) to budget management to ongoing optimization based on the cost per lead.
• You analyze KPIs like CPM, frequency, CTR, CPL & CAC and derive concrete optimization measures from them.
• You design and optimize converting funnels and landing pages – including copywriting and A/B tests.
• You set up clean ad tracking (Meta Pixel, CAPI, Tag Manager) and ensure data quality.
• You work closely with our creative team and develop new ad tests and creative ideas based on your data.

Qualification

• Mind. 3 years of experience in running Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus, but not necessary)
• Safe handling of funnel builders (OnePage, Perspective etc.)
• Fundamental understanding of funnel stages, target-group-oriented approach, and conversion rates
• Experience in setting up and testing pixel tracking
• Solid copywriting skills for funnels and ad copies
• Good communication skills for customer communication
• A plus: Experience with automations (e.g. Zapier)
