Pest Control Employee - Stabroek

Job Description

This is what your day looks like.
• You leave from home to the customer. According to your daily schedule, you visit various customers and think along with the customer about solutions for preventing pests.
• You analyze the situation and draw up a risk analysis for rodents and insects, and you carry out an intervention (possible pest control).
• You inspect the various areas and check the placed bait stations/fly traps.
• You draw a plan yourself, make any changes, and then pass it on to your colleagues.
• You give the customer advice about your findings and you report the actions taken.
• You continue to educate yourself on new treatments and techniques for preventing pests.
Profile• You are not afraid of rodents or pests.
• You have a neat appearance and attention to personal hygiene.
• You are customer-friendly and commercially minded.
• You have smooth and good communication.
• You can work and think independently.
• Physical work does not scare you.
• You always work accurately.
• You are flexible regarding working hours and weekend work.
• You possess a B driving license.
Offer· Gross monthly salary to start: according to experience 2,300 – 3,000 euros

· 13th month (end-of-year bonus) and double holiday pay

· 39 hours/week - 20 vacation days + 6 ADV days

· Group insurance: +-40 euros per month (Anticimex contribution only)

· CAO90 bonus based on collective results (between 0-1200 euros gross/year depending on achieved results)

· Company car with fuel card – tablet (both for work, not private use)

· Smartphone (split bill: anything over 25 euros is invoiced personally)
