The organization consists of multiple departments that all contribute uniquely to our challenges and municipal service delivery. A large number of colleagues work on social issues in various fields. The Service Square
The Service Square department stands for excellent, integral, and low-threshold service delivery around work, income, well-being, education, and care for residents who need support so that they can better participate in our municipality. Approximately 200 people work on the department with various disciplines. These disciplines are subordinated to 5 multidisciplinary teams that work neighborhood-oriented. The team leaders guide the disciplines, and facilitate the neighborhood-oriented work of the multidisciplinary teams.

We invest in our people and systems to effectively and efficiently deliver services. Employees are challenged to think outside the box and provide tailored services where possible and desirable. That means they work together with residents and organizations to find solutions.

What will you do?
As a Minima Regulation Officer, it is your primary task to process income-supporting measures (Individual Income Allowance and Individual Study Allowance), other minima regulations, and Daycare. You know how to strike a balance between a business-like approach and involvement with residents receiving benefits, where you will also:

  • You assess the right to income-supporting measures, minima regulations, and daycare;
  • You report your findings and set up arrangements;
  • You inform residents receiving benefits about existing regulations.

In your work, you do not only look at financial problems but also have attention for problems in other life domains. You actively contribute to the development within Team Minima.

Salary scale/hourly rate
This function is classified in salary scale 8.

CV requirements
Maximum 3 pages, set up in Dutch, minimum 2 references.

Working days
The assignment will be fulfilled on the following working days: in consultation with the candidate.
Is hybrid work possible? Yes

The Requirements
  • A completed education at least mbo 4 level;
  • Available from June 5th for 36 hours a week;
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable work experience with the implementation of the Participation Act;
The Wishes
  • At least 1 year of demonstrable work experience with coordinating IIT applications
  • At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience with preparing reports and arrangements
  • Demonstrable work experience with Suite Social Domain and Suwinet
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 5 years with assessing applications for income-supporting measures based on the Participation Act within a municipality
