Job description
What will you do? As a Debtor Management Employee, you are responsible for: monitoring outstanding invoices and actively following up on payment delays; sending payment reminders and notifications; maintaining telephone and written contact with customers about outstanding items; preparing payment arrangements and carefully recording agreements made; signaling payment risks and reporting on dubious debtors; working together with colleagues to resolve issues and ensure timely payment; maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all debtor-related activities; and performing other tasks as required by the department.
