Back Office Employee Kuringen

Task

As a stock employee, you are responsible for the quality of goods that arrive at reception and for their proper handling in terms of quantity and administration. Your role is crucial to ensure customer satisfaction. You work closely with front office teams and report directly to your Manager.

In this position, you will report to the Back Office manager.

Responsibility Area

Receipts and Reserves:

• Implementing receipt procedures and loss prevention.
• Controlling the quality of central deliveries and compliance with the cold chain.
• Controlling deliveries and completing administrative tasks.
• Carrying out external return shipments of goods.
• Following up in case of non-conformity.
• Evaluating differences found at reception, providing reasons in the system and forwarding to the accounting department and manager.

Scanning and display:

• Processing and scanning daily breaks.
• Maintaining price controls according to the existing schema and making necessary adjustments.
• Analyzing missing products to meet customer needs at any time of the day.
• Carrying out price changes.
• Supporting the reorganization of departments.

Profile

• You have already had some experience as a store employee, sales employee or in inventory management.
• You are punctual and attach great importance to cleanliness and order.
• You are customer-oriented and service-oriented.
• You are willing to work with a variable schedule from Monday to Saturday between 6 am and 8 pm (Friday until 9 pm).
