Urgentist (F/H)

Within a hospital setting, you will contribute to the management of emergencies and patient care requiring immediate attention.
- Ensure patient evaluation and triage upon arrival at the emergency department
- Administer urgent medical care adapted to patients' immediate needs
- Collaborate closely with the entire medical team to ensure optimal patient care
- Participate in precise and complete documentation of interventions performed and diagnoses made
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for patients and medical personnel
Our client's proposal for this position is as follows:
-> Replacement for 6 weeks from February 1st, 2026, to June 30th, 2026.
Conditions:
If 5 years of registration with the Order:
A gross monthly salary of €8,446.55 including a 40% life insurance premium (without permanence of care and excluding source deduction)
If less than 5 years:
A gross monthly salary of €8,302.32 including a 40% life insurance premium (without permanence of care and excluding source deduction)
+
- Airfare reimbursement or advance for round-trip economy class ticket;
- Logistical expenses (accommodation and/or car rental fees) are reimbursed upon presentation of invoices for a maximum amount of €1,500 corresponding to 6 weeks of coverage or a maximum amount of €1,000 corresponding to 1 month of coverage maxi (subject to social charges CSG and RDS)
Additional information:
3 urgentists per day and 2 at night, one smur 24/24, and there is indeed a pediatric hospitalization service
The annual number of emergency department visits at CHSP is 10,592.
Registration with the Order is mandatory for this replacement. The Urgentist (F/H) sought must possess excellent clinical skills and the ability to work under pressure in a hospital setting.
- State Doctorate in Medicine required
- Excellent crisis management and emergency handling
- Ability to make rapid and evidence-based decisions
- Solid communication skills with patients and personnel
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
