URGENTISTE F-H (F/H) PHYSICIAN

The Appel Médical Search cabinet is a dedicated division for doctors, surgeons, and healthcare facility directors. Whether it's for a temporary or permanent position, our consultants based in 31 offices across France will accompany you in your job search. Your main missions will be to:

Contribute to the quality and safety of patient care (therapeutic decisions, prescription follow-up, observance, patient file maintenance...),
Be attentive and inform patients, their families, and loved ones (while respecting medical confidentiality) about indications, restrictions, advice... necessary for continuity of care,
Participate in various meetings,
Develop the skills of colleagues in knowledge of pathologies while ensuring good professional practices and participating in internal training,
Actively participate in the overall quality approach of the establishment and evaluation of professional practices,
Maintain a sense of camaraderie with doctors from the structure and develop partnerships with different specialties.

You will intervene on numerous surgeries such as traumatic, urological, digestive, vascular, gynecological...
Type of contract: Full-time or part-time hospital practitioner or contractual doctor Docteur en médecine inscrit-e au Conseil National de l'Ordre des Médecins, the candidate must possess CAMU or DESC. Beyond necessary medical and technical skills and autonomy expected on this position, the candidate must have a sense of contact and listening. He/She must know how to be available both to teams and patients. A strong ability to manage emergency situations is expected.
