Resident Physician

We offer a residency opportunity in internal medicine for a student nearing the end of their studies or a young graduate seeking to acquire practical experience in a hospital setting. This residency allows you to develop clinical skills, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and benefit from structured supervision.

Main missions

Participation in patient care

Under the supervision of the medical team, the resident will actively contribute to the care of hospitalized patients. They will perform anamneses, conduct clinical exams and participate in the formulation of diagnoses and treatment plans. They will also assist with ambulatory consultations and internal emergency care.

Collaboration with the medical team and interdisciplinary team

The resident will participate in daily medical visits and attend service meetings. They will have the opportunity to exchange with different specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. This collaboration will allow them to gain a broader understanding of hospital functioning and refine their medical communication skills.

Development of skills and learning

A part of the residency will be dedicated to training and deepening knowledge in internal medicine. The resident will have access to seminars, internal training sessions and clinical case presentations. They will also learn to interpret complementary exams such as medical imaging, biological tests or electrocardiograms. Writing medical documents, such as reports and discharge letters, will also be part of the learning process.

Nursing and organization of care

In parallel with clinical activities, the resident will be expected to observe and understand the organization of care within the service. They will discover logistical aspects related to patient management and may participate in reflections on continuous improvement of medical practices
