You will join an 8-member team (6 psychiatrists, 1 general practitioner, and 1 pharmacist) consisting of a multidisciplinary dynamic team composed of nurses, psychologists, social workers, neuropsychologists, dietitians, art therapists, psychomotor therapists, and APA educators...
You will be responsible for, with two other colleagues, the 15-25-year-old service, welcoming 36 patients in full hospitalization. Under the responsibility of the establishment director, your main missions will include:
Developing the clinic's activity, particularly by participating in the establishment project on excellence poles (specific infantile and juvenile pathologies).
Actively collaborating with various partners: private actors, public authorities, and regulatory bodies.
Working closely with care and therapy teams around individualized patient projects.
Contributing to the Medical Commission of Establishment, the medical project, and quality approach.
You will actively participate in daily admission commissions and weekly clinical summaries to ensure a collegial and adapted patient care.
One of their priorities is to ensure a smooth transition between units and day hospital, with constant multidisciplinary accompaniment.
Working conditions and benefits:
Remuneration: Attractive salary, with remuneration harmonization.
Work schedule: Full-time or 80%
Leave and RTT: 30 CP (working days) and 15 RTT
Shifts: Organized among 5 doctors, with an equitable rotation (1 in 5 to 1 in 7), from Friday evening 6 pm to Monday morning 8-9 am. Doctors come to work on Saturday mornings to evaluate patients on leave, particularly those at risk of suicide, with subsequent recovery.
Meal tickets: €7 per ticket, with employer coverage at 55%.

Skills in addictionology or eating disorder-related behavior would be an appreciated asset. The structure encourages continuous training and offers access to DU (TDAH, hypnosis, EMDR, ...) as well as regular internal training sessions.
