Appel médical search is seeking for one of its clients: A Psychiatrist or Pediatric Psychiatrist H/F to strengthen its teams within the Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Clinic, located at the heart of the Lille metropolitan area. About the clinic: The establishment is specialized in the care of infants, juveniles, and young adults. The capacity is 36 patients in the 15-25 years old unit and 23 places in the infant and juvenile unit. The clinic distinguishes itself by its certification score above 95% obtained in April 2025, which testifies to its commitment to the quality of care. The establishment values stability and team cohesion, essential values for the care of young patients.

You will join a team of 8 doctors (6 psychiatrists, 1 general practitioner, and 1 pharmacist) and a multidisciplinary team composed of nurses, psychologists, social workers, neuropsychologists, dietitians, art therapists, and APA educators... You will be in charge, with two other colleagues, of the 15-25 years old unit, accommodating 36 patients in full hospitalization. Under the responsibility of the establishment director, your main missions will include: Developing the clinic's activity, particularly by participating in the establishment's project on excellence poles (specific infant and juvenile pathologies). Collaborate actively with various partners: private, public, and regulatory authorities. Work closely with care and therapy teams around the patient's individualized project. Contribute to the Medical Establishment Commission, the medical project, and the quality approach. You will actively participate in daily admission commissions and weekly clinical summaries to ensure a collegial and adapted patient care. One of their priorities is to ensure a smooth transition between units and the day hospital, with constant multidisciplinary accompaniment. Conditions of work and benefits: Salary: Attractive salary, with remuneration harmonization. Working hours: Full-time or 80% part-time. Holidays and RTT: 30 CP (working days) and 15 RTT. Overtime: Organized among 5 doctors, with an equitable rotation (1 in 5 to 1 in 7), from Friday evening 6 pm to Monday morning 8-9 am. The doctors come to work on Saturday morning to evaluate patients on leave, particularly those at risk of suicide, with subsequent recovery. We are looking for a passionate psychiatrist or pediatric psychiatrist interested in adolescents and young adults registered with the French Medical Order. Skills in addictology or eating disorders would be an appreciated asset. The structure encourages continuous training and offers access to DU (TDAH, hypnosis, EMDR, ...) as well as regular internal training.
