FEMALE/MALE PSYCHIATRIST RESPONSIBLE FOR SERVICE (F/H) (Based in Pantin)

- Becoming the medical responsible for the children's unit,
- Collaborating with a solid multidisciplinary team composed of: a head of service for the children's unit, a team of psychologists (coordinated by a clinical service chief), a chief psychiatrist, nurses, psychomotor therapists, educators, a social worker, a school teacher, an APA educator, sports educators, and a secretary…
- Working in conjunction with a well-established professional network with expert hospital units for TSA, Handicap, the MDPH, the Autism House, etc.
- Creating links with families, taking into account the social aspect,
- Participating in clinical research projects and transversal projects,
- The position is offered on a permanent basis, part-time (40% to 60%),
- No night duty or on-call shifts, weekends off (possible Saturday openings),
- Benefits: Attractive remuneration package according to experience (around €100K/€110K gross annual base full-time), 10 weeks of paid leave per year, dedicated parking space, company savings plan, and end-of-year bonus… The profile sought:
Doctor of Medicine, you are registered with the National Council of Physicians and justify a specialization in psychiatry or pediatric psychiatry.
You have a global, transversal vision of patient projects. You possess good animation and creation skills to create a positive dynamic.
Good communicator, you have recognized relationships and good teamwork skills, and are comfortable with computer tools.
