You will be responsible for ensuring the comprehensive care of adult patients with stabilized psychiatric disorders within a psychosocial rehabilitation and cognitive remediation unit, with the goal of improving their autonomy, social and professional integration, and overall well-being.

Main activities:

Diagnostic evaluation
Establish with the individual concerned and the team the personalized care plan and the duration of the stay. Validation and coordination of the therapeutic project.
Advice and support for requesting teams.
Receive and process requests for entry into the program.
Regularly evaluate the clinical situations of individuals admitted to the program.
Lead and guarantee the institutional work framework of the team.

For this position, you benefit from:

Permanent contract (CDI) - part-time.
Executive status with a forfait of 211 days/year.
No on-call duties, but participation in the site's medical on-call rotations.
Salary: Very attractive, ranging from €120k to €140k gross annual salary depending on experience – prorated based on part-time attendance.

Remote work, 20 days/year (1 day max/week) and subject to continuity of care and with manager approval. Holder of a Doctorate in Medicine and a DES in Psychiatry.
