Psychiatrist (F/H)

As a Psychiatrist, you will join a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Unit of Care and Psychiatric Accompaniment (USAP), which welcomes 27 patients in free hospitalization, with an average stay of 3 to 4 weeks.

Your main missions will be as follows :
Ensure medical care for hospitalized patients.
Perform consultations at CMP to ensure continuity of outpatient care.
Participate in institutional meetings dedicated to mental health.
Contribute to therapeutic projects and improve clinical practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (nurses, psychologists, IPA, social worker, activity monitors).
Participate in the implementation and follow-up of innovative therapeutic programs (sismotherapy, phototherapy, TDCS therapy).
Supervise interns and participate in training and teaching actions.
Perform psychiatric watches and on-call duties as part of service functioning.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

Practitioner Hospitalier status holder or contract holder
Full-time position based on a 39-hour weekly schedule, with the possibility of generating additional time.
Participation in psychiatric watches and on-call duties according to a defined schedule.

Experience or marked interest in hospital psychiatry and outpatient follow-up.
Teamwork, autonomy, and ability to adapt to sector developments.
