Réaliser des entretiens psychiatriques individuels et familiaux
Animer des activités thérapeutiques (groupales, individuelles, artistiques et culturelles) et des séances d'activité physique adaptée
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes soignantes, pédagogiques et les partenaires externes
Coordination and therapeutic follow-up:
Participate in clinical summaries and develop individualized care projects
Supervise interns and contribute to ongoing training
Invest in research projects and transversal initiatives (e.g. therapeutic devices, reference networks)
Administrative and organizational activities:
Manage a balanced workload within the respect of working hours (38 hours per week for full-time employment over 5 days)
Participate in service meetings and establishment instances
Contribute to institutional life through your communications and collaborations
For this position, you benefit from:
Type of contract: Permanent full-time or 80%
Working hours: 38 hours per week, with an adaptable schedule (average 9am-5:30pm, possible range 8:30am-6:30pm)
Asternities: Average 4 days per month (remote work with travel as needed)
Rémunération:
Salary attractive according to the Collective Agreement (between €90k and €95k gross per year for a starting career on an 80% position) Prime annual of 5% of gross remuneration
Auxiliary benefits: CSE (€350 per year in gift cards, advantageous ticketing), transportation costs, employee health insurance, company restaurant, RTT (18 days annually) and recovery of public holidays
Accompaniment & Integration:
Opportunities for ongoing training, teaching, and innovative project development Titulaire du Doctorat en Médecine et du DES en Psychiatrie. Experience in clinical practice, ideally in the care of adolescents and young adults
Expected skills:
Excellent knowledge in psychopathology (schizophrenic disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, addictions, and certain forms of autism)
Aptitude to work in a team and coordinate transversal projects
Aptitude to animate therapeutic activities and supervise interns
Personal Qualities:
Rigour, professional ethics, and commitment
Excellent communication and relational skills
