By working within this hospital establishment, you will be responsible for providing specialized psychiatric care to your patients - Diagnose and evaluate mental health disorders using clinical methodologies - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to improve patient mental health - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and effective patient care.

Shift schedule:
Night shift on weekdays 18h30-09h00.
Operational shifts on weekends 09h00-09h00.
The shift is made across all sites (St Vaury + Guéret, La Souterraine)

The establishment does not provide a service vehicle, the doctor replacing must ensure travel with their personal vehicle during interventions at different sites.
A mileage allowance is planned for this purpose (expense note).

-> Your driver's license and personal vehicle are mandatory

Conditions:

- Remuneration in interim 445€ net / day + 170€ net / shift

or contract motif 2: to be defined according to the duration of the replacement

- Accommodation: Room in residence.
- Travel: taken care of in real expenses.
- Software: CARIATIDE

Registration with the order is mandatory for this replacement. Our client is looking for a Psychiatrist (F/H) for a position in a hospital, without prior experience required

- State doctor's diploma in medicine, psychiatry specialization required
- Excellent communication skills with patients and medical teams
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick and informed decisions
- Empathy and sensitivity to understand patient needs
