- Actively participate in clinical supervision sessions and continuous training
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of procedures and clinical practices at the establishment

We are looking for a passionate (F/H) psychiatrist specializing in adult psychiatry in an open hospitalization setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multidisciplinary team for a collaborative care environment
- Excellent communication skills for empathetic and effective patient support
- Doctor of Medicine, specialization in psychiatry required to practice in this field
- Ability to manage complex situations with calmness and discernment
- Strong commitment to the mental well-being of adult patients and adolescents
