PSYCHIATRIST (F/H) (Based in Arras)

We offer permanent positions, liberal installation and fixed-term contracts. As a Psychiatrist, you join a dynamic multidisciplinary team within the Unit of Care and Accompaniment in Psychiatry (USAP), which welcomes 27 patients in free hospitalization, with an average stay of 3 to 4 weeks.

Your main missions will be as follows:
Ensure medical care for hospitalized patients.
Perform consultations at CMP to ensure continuity of outpatient care.
Participate in institutional meetings dedicated to mental health.
Contribute to therapeutic projects and improving clinical practices.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team (nurses, psychologists, IPA, social worker, monitors of therapeutic activities).
Participate in setting up and following innovative therapeutic programs (sismotherapy, phototherapy, TDCS therapy).
Supervise interns and participate in training and teaching actions.
Perform psychiatric watches and standby shifts as part of the service's functioning.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Practitioner Hospitalier status holder or contractually employed
Full-time position on a 39-hour weekly basis, with possibility to generate additional time.
Participation in psychiatric watches and standby shifts according to a defined schedule.

Experience or marked interest in hospital psychiatry and outpatient follow-up.
Teamwork sense, autonomy, and ability to adapt to sector developments.
