MÉDECIN PREVENTION EN CENTRE D'EXAMEN DE SANTÉ (F/H)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. You will occupy the role of doctor at the Health Examination Center. You will strengthen and complete the existing medical presence.

Medical Activity

Conduct consultations, particularly for vulnerable populations
Update patient vaccination coverage
Synthesize files and ensure follow-up with treating physicians
Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team (2 nurses and administrative personnel)
Respect professional secrecy and the code of ethics
Contribute to quality initiatives and transversal projects

CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS

Hours: between 8am and 4pm according to the center's activity for a full-time position (39 hours per week)
Part-time possibility: mornings (8am-12pm)
Leave and rest days (for equivalent full-time): 24 paid leave days, + specific days depending on family situation and seniority, +20 RTT days per year

Doctor (F/H), registered with the French National Council of Physicians' Order
Preventive health skills
Knowledge of current regulations

Depending on your profile and project, you may be positioned in a management situation for:

Define and follow up on objectives for your sector
Supervise, animate, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team (2 nurses, 2 secretaries, 1 doctor)
Ensure optimization of performance and propose improvement axes
Guarantee compliance with regulatory and technical evolutions
Develop partnerships and ensure internal and external communication
