We are creating a Prescribing Doctor H/F position to strengthen our team and ensure optimal medical follow-up for our 77 residents. This position is essential for the continuity of care and implementing our health policies.
Missions and Key Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the Medical Coordinator, your main missions will be :
Direct Medical Follow-up: Ensure patient care and medical follow-up for part of the residents (estimated start at 25-30 residents). Take charge of patients with complex, severe, bedridden, or deteriorated pathologies.
Continuity of Care: Replace treating doctors in their absence to ensure continuity of care.
Administrative Management: Ensure rigorous maintenance of medical records (Netsoin software).
Support to Teams: Be available and listening to the healthcare teams, residents, and families.
Quality Projects: Actively participate in the quality approach (HAS references, medication circuit project) and contribute to revising the care policies of the establishment.
Work Organization & Benefits
Working Time: 0.6 ETP,
Flexible Schedule: Proposed working days: Wednesday to Friday, with great flexibility possible for choosing days and hours (generally arrival between 8:30 am and 9:30 am until 5:30 pm/6:00 pm).
No Night or Weekend Medical On-Call. An emergency protocol is in place.
Remuneration: Maximum €3,850 gross per month (to be confirmed, depending on budget).

Meal ticket at €3 or access to the break room for reheating meals. You must be a Medical Graduate and have confirmed expertise in gerontology or coordination of care in EHPAD :
Essential: Hold a Gerontology Capacity or equivalent.
Or: Possess a DESC or DES in Geriatrics.
Or: Be holder of a DU/DIU in Medical Coordinator or gerontology coordination.
Or: Have an attestation of training conforming to a specific pedagogical program delivered by an accredited organization.
