2864180 We are looking for an MPR Doctor (H/F) to join our private establishment based in Toulouse. Our clinic consists of 108 beds, 3 floors, 36 beds per floor, and you will integrate a team of 6 Doctors. Description of the post The MPR Doctor H/F will be responsible for 30 beds and will lead the following actions: - Patient care (hospitalization bed) - Ensure medical care that is curative or palliative, adjust therapies, refeeding, and ensure rehabilitation and adaptation to limit disabilities. - Continue patient care either in the aftermath of hospitalization at our clinic or through direct access. - Develop a medical project under the responsibility of the Medical Referral Pole Toulousain and the establishment's direction. - Active and continuous care for patients in a global approach to care, respect for the person, and individualized patient project. All actions are implemented in an interdisciplinary spirit. - This position is coupled with 'mobile team' activities that consist of responding to consultation requests from various practitioners, and 'day hospitalization' with 1 day of consultation, approximately 6 patients, once a week. - Nighttime phone duty for 1 complete week with presence on site on Saturday morning.
