Your missions: A varied and stimulating daily life Far from "assembly-line" consultations, you take the necessary time for each patient (20 to 30-minute consultations): Medical practice consultations: Within a modern and welcoming medical center, shared with other health professionals (angiologist, nurses, secretariat). EHPAD support: Half a day per week dedicated to the medical follow-up of about twenty residents within a partner facility. Home visits & Nurse partnership: A time slot reserved (e.g., Thursday) for visits to the homes of complex or elderly patients, in close collaboration with nurses. Co-construction of the health project: Actively participate in autonomous team meetings (1 to 2 times per month) and contribute to the development of the structure (future integration of an Advanced Practice Nurse, local partnerships).
